Our flagship Professional System 8 ft. x 400 ft. BYO (Build Your Own) metal deer fence kit is a permanent fence that can be installed on almost any terrain and for a variety of applications. It is easy to customize by adding end, corner and gate kits. Our installation recommendations allow for 400’ of fence to cover a 360—370 linear foot enclosure. Additional line posts may be required depending on your fence layout and terrain. We recommend post spacing for metal fence + flat terrain of 8 ft.—12 ft. and metal fence + hilly terrain of 8 ft. or less.
USAGE: Our Professional System metal fence is a permanent fence that can be installed on almost any terrain. It can serve as a deer fence, dog fence, or garden fence.
FEATURES:
Reverse Sleeve Installation: Our exclusive reverse sleeve method makes installing posts easy. The reverse sleeve is a hollow, heavy gauge, galvanized metal pipe 5-ft or 6-ft in length that penetrates the ground with relative ease. A hand held post driver or an automatic gas powered driver is used to drive the sleeve about 3 feet into the ground. Once the reverse sleeve is in the ground, a bottom brace band is fastened to the reverse sleeve at ground level. A black deer fence post is then slid on top of the reverse sleeve and held in place by the brace band. The posts maintain a consistent height along the fence line.
3 Cable Support System: Our 3-horiztontal cable support system consists of a top, middle and bottom cable. The cables stretches the fence vertically while also supporting it horizontally. The cables keeps the fence taught and prevents bending and sagging—providing a clean, formal appearance.
Virtual Invisible: From distances as close as 15 ft., the fence and posts fade into the shadows of plants and landscaping—making it nearly invisible.
