1 5/8 inch collar with a 5/16 inch x 1 1/2 inch eye bolt made of galvanized steel with a black powder coating. The 1-5/8” collar slides over fence post and the eye bolt is tightened to hold the collar in place. Horizontal tension cable is run through the eye bolts.
